</p>
<div></div>
<div>Son of Palestinian parents and Brazilian-born, Adnan Sharif immigrated to the USA in 1987 and found himself right at home in his new city, San Francisco. His DJ career started in 1995, playing his first gig with, &#8220;The Gathering,&#8221; a legendary series of parties held in the San Francisco Bay Area. His musical styles include all genres of house music, ranging from deep to tech to minimal. Presently, Adnan Sharif is the resident DJ and promoter of Forward SF, a monthly event hosted in underground locations and clubs in SF.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Adnan&#8217;s Forward SF nights have blossomed with the reputation for creating warm, inclusive and soulful vibes that unite our people and celebrate diversity. His parties are known for their large-scale rollout of solid, consistently infectious vibes that cause an involuntary surrender to the dancing and love so embedded in the San Francisco makeup.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Working with other successful groups like Brazils D-Edge, San Franciscos listed, Seattles Uniting Souls and Tropical LA has helped Adnan spread the love evident in his events and in his sound, while also releasing work on labels such as: Smoke N Mirrors, Uniting Souls Music, Release Sustain, Rezongar Music, Area Sur Records, Temple Music Group, Tarantic Records and Jah Love Recordings.</div>
<div>He has shared the turntables with incredible DJs, encompassing talents like: Dixon, Pezzner, Abe Duque, Tanner Ross, Droog, Justin Martin, Claude VonStroke, Hot Chip, Doc Martin, Jay TripWire, Terry Francis, Grant Dell, Mark Farina, Renato Ratier, Renato Lopez, Mau Mau, Luis Nieva, Miguel Silver, Jeno, Garth, Solar, Galen, Jbird and Lance Desardi.He has played at internationally renowned parties, including standout<br />
locations like: D-Edge, Warung, Cozumel Club and World Social Forum (all in Brazil), ComeUnity, The Gathering and Sunset parties, as well as the Bulletproof Boat Party and Power to the Peaceful Festival (all in San Francisco), Beijing (China), Red Noise (Venezuela) and the ACA World Sound Festival (Acapulco, Mexico).</div>

</div>
<div></div>
<div>San Francisco-based Atish is rising quickly in the international dance music scene. Raised in the Chicago suburbs and schooled in the hard sciences to become a computer engineer, Atish&#8217;s left-brained technical precision complement his sensitive, emotional approach to sound. His musical career started at age five as a classically trained violinist. Since, he&#8217;s taken on other instruments including trombone, tuba, guitar, drums, and bass, and over the years, he&#8217;s played in jazz, rock, and marching bands, even enjoying a stint in hip-hop production. This all led to his true love, the art of DJing.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Atish describes his style as expressive melodic deep house: music that sings to the soul while moving the dance floor, communicating the joy of love, the depths of darkness, and intensity of a spiritual dance music journey for himself and anyone listening. Energized by the relationship between DJ and dancefloor, Atish is known for his quirky stage persona, donning costumes, wigs, and even a wedding dress during gigs. But don&#8217;t let the free wheeling expression fool you &#8211; Atish is a disciplined artist with an unhealthy obsession for technical and artistic perfection.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Since his first DJ gig at a small bar in 2010, Atish&#8217;s sound has taken him from the local San Francisco scene to music festivals, clubs, and afterhours gigs across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. He&#8217;s earned the respect of legendary DJs, notably Lee Burridge, who regularly hand picks Atish to tag with and open for him. In just two and a half years, Atish has gained an avid following of fans and the respect of fellow underground artists. Coming off two tours in 2012 which included stops in Zurich, Berlin, Tokyo, and Cologne and with another upcoming Asian tour this spring, the quirky Atish shows no signs of slowing down.</div>

<p>Michael Perry, San Francisco (fedora, afterglow)</p>
</div>
<div></div>
<div>Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Michael was given a front row seat to the world of electronic music at a young age. Having worked in several of the area record stores, including the now defunct yet highly influential Record Time, Michael was lucky enough to have access to the newest and freshest records coming out from the talented artists that Detroit is known for as well as from artists around the world. Cutting his teeth in the Detroit underground, Michael played around Detroit until 2003 when the desire for new surroundings took him west.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Upon arriving in San Francisco, Michael quickly got involved in the San Francisco underground with Nice, a monthly party that along with Jason Kendig, Nikita and Christian Bloch brought a minimal techno style to  the city. After that ended, Michael then played random one off events until he formed Fedora with fellow Midwestern transplant Matt Wilder. Together the two have thrown some of the most notorious parties at the legendary underground space, the com# while delivering their distinctive style of jazzy, jacking deep house.  In 2009, Michael then joined White Label, a weekly happy hour that together with Michael Kelly brought helped kick off the weekend for San Francisco featuring the newest house and techno. Now Michael finds himself a resident of Listed Productions newest monthly project, Play, held the first Saturday of the month at the notorious End Up.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Currently immersed in the studio, look for new things to come soon.</div>

<div>NIKITA, San Francisco (listed)</div>
</p>
<div>
<p>On the same day Dolly Parton, Janis Joplin, Edgar Allen Poe, his mother and grandmother were born, so too did San Francisco DJ NIKITA begin his enchanted existence. As a young boy in Denver, Colorado, NIKITA&#8217;s childhood was similar to that of other creative youth, days filled with singing, playing the piano, and dancing to his mother&#8217;s R&amp;B albums. From an early age, NIKITA always knew he wanted to be an entertainer. Then, in 1993, a chance encounter with house music at an underground warehouse party would prove to be a pivotal moment in his life, ultimately guiding NIKITA towards the charmed life he lives today.</p>
<p>It wasn&#8217;t until the turn of the millennium though that NIKITA would leave his home in Colorado to search the clubs and warehouses of San Francisco for his destiny. At the very least, he would get a degree in Music Business from San Francisco State University. But with a resounding perseverance and an inimitable personality, NIKITA quickly earned his place among the upper echelon of DJs in San Francisco&#8217;s world-renowned club scene. In 2005, NIKITA was chosen to host his own radio show, The Massive Mix, on Northern California&#8217;s only electronic dance music radio station, Energy 92.7 FM. Indeed, it was NIKITA&#8217;s penchant for blending raw grooves with sophisticated sounds that garnered him a residency at San Francisco&#8217;s legendary nightclub, The EndUp.</p>
<p>NIKITA is a DJ&#8217;s DJ, a rare soul who truly understands his role in the DJ booth. Performing anywhere from two to twelve hour sets, NIKITA weaves music into fantastic journeys of rhythm and sound. NIKITA&#8217;s ability to contrast the harder elements of techno with the soulful sensuality of deep house has garnered him accolades from some of the world&#8217;s best DJs and allowed him the rare opportunity to tag team alongside the likes of Lee Burridge, Cassy and Derek Plaslaiko. Indeed, NIKITA has played with a Who&#8217;s Who of international talent, including Danny Howells, Steve Lawler, Craig Richards, Steve Bug, Damian Lazurus, M.A.N.D.Y. and many, many more. With additional inspiration coming from friends such as Ms. Honey Dijon, Tedd Patterson and Danny Tenaglia, it comes as no wonder why NIKITA&#8217;s story is one of a dream come true.</p>

<div>Rich Korach, San Francisco (AYLI)</div>
</p>
<div></div>
<div>
<p>Rich Korach discovered underground electronic music in 1994, finally encountering the sound that would transform the rest of his life. Growing up just north of Detroit, Rich witnessed performances from some of the early pioneers of techno. Shortly after immersing himself in the underground warehouse scene in Detroit, he became an active DJ himself. The next decade included such highlights as: being a resident DJ for Detroit’s legendary production company, Paxahau, playing gigs at: the Detroit Electronic Music Festival (2005 and 2008), Space – Ibiza, Weekend Club – Berlin, and all across the U.S. Rich even had an impromptu tag session with one of his musical heroes of the time, Richie Hawtin, in 2005.<br />
In late 2008, Rich moved to San Francisco to thwart the cold and live in one of the most diverse and beautiful cities in America. Since then, his performances in the Bay Area underground have caused quite the stir, resulting in a residency with promotions powerhouse As You Like It (AYLI) and a steadily increasing demand for performances. To say Rich Korach’s sound is an instant classic is understood to those who’ve become converts to his shows. His is an insatiable appetite for the unexpected, which makes watching his next move upward and onward such a joy.</p>
